Hello everyone
here I wanted to share with you my unpleasant experience of earlier.

just after midnight, I wanted to play my games by playing cube poker except that after 2-3 games, I always had an error message when I loaded a new game. If I remember correctly, the message said that it was impossible to connect to the server at the moment and that I had to try again later.
So I repeatedly clicked on "replay" until one game started except that when I came back

to the main page of the site, I saw that all the games I wanted to load but that had bugged me were still débitées😲 which made me lose 7-8 games

gratuites😡 so is there a way to get them back?

Hello everyone,

I had this problem last night around 10pm too. The message "an error occurred" appeared just after the conversion of the result into madpoints.
As a result, all my madpoints won after 9:53 pm were not credited.

I'll send an email to customer service to get credit for all this.

Thanks for the advice. Fortunately, the forum exists!!!!!

Hello, the only way is to contact customer service and explain your concern, you will then be refunded after check. 🙂
