Good evening,

Since 08/18 I have had no response from customer service to the few questions asked.

I won a gift ( Batch Cache loot ) on 8/14, it still hasn't been shipped.

So here are my questions:
1. How long should I wait for a "big" gift to be shipped?
2. Customer service undertakes to respond within 48 to 72 hours, how can this silence be explained?

I can understand the story of holidays and everything, but it's the least we can do to warn, to inform users who for a lot of them "pay" (and even so...)! It's not complicated, a simple message on the "my account " interface to inform that the response time is longer until such a date; a little line in the FAQ to advise of gift shipping times and why etc.

Without it, we believe in bugs, we lose confidence I think - I hope - for no reason. And we clog up a forum that is too moderate, and customer service that doesn't need it, I imagine.
