I would like to buy a credit because I have 10,000 madpoints and madwin says that if you have 10,000 madpoints, you can exchange them for 1 credit or I can't get there 😲 someone has an explanation please?

Well, you can tell everyone that we can change our Madpoint for credits and the account is at zero and when to get you some or know just to get us here to play.
