Hi, I thought I was the only one in this case.
At the beginning I was able to exchange my first prizes by getting the silver dreamcard but after that it didn't work anymore. 🙁

have any fields to check in front of each win, I have to check "select all" and I have the same message 🙁n):

I won the mega challenge on 02/11 and I can't do anything with my gift 😈 And

as the customer service does not answer...

Anyway, maybe you just have to be patient.

, but worse. I can't select a single win (no checkbox in front of each win) and I have to check "select all". And even so, there are winnings I can't exchange, I have the same message as you 😕
