It's been 2 days in a row that my raffle windows have not been refunded. Is it a general problem or is it just me?

Apparently for all those who bet points on the windows fell on 30 and 31 Oct (Madwin, Cadovillage, Quoverbis or Madloto). As has happened in the past with points refund or gift giving, so the best thing to do is to be patient. It's annoying, but all right. And November 1st, as the Webmaster said, the Customer Service is not at full capacity.
