Well apparently everything went well when you sent your message in the "Personal Discussions" section of the Forum. So you know how to do it now!

Nothing very complicated, if you have a question about the games, you go to the "games" section of the forum to post a new message... if you have a suggestion, a proposal to make (games, gifts, etc.) you obviously go to the "suggestions" section, etc....

If you want to reply to a message, you click on "reply" (logical), and if you want to reply to a specific message, you click on "quote".
