Hello, no you are not cursed this happens to many people unfortunately. I too posted a message on the forum today because on several occasions on tournaments I was ranked last with 0 point, error #10, unidentified player. These are the mysteries of technology answered me the customer service. Good luck with that.

Hello, I've had this error twice: error #10, unidentified member. The first time on chic poker in easy mode, I didn't even see the beginning of the game, but my 2 credits were debited, the 2nd time today on pyramids, these are my points that have not been credited, nice for the weekly challenge!!!!
the customer service, contacted for poker chic, just gave me 50 madpoints, as usual: my credits are going down for me and of course no explanation on this bug!!!! someone got the same message or is it me who is cursed?
