Hello everyone, last
Thursday, while playing the word bonus, the game got stuck on checking a word. after a lot of waiting, I updated my page and... lost my game in progress.... This has happened to me twice in a row. I have sent a message to customer service but have not yet received a reply.
Has anyone ever had this problem? It's a shame to have lost two games, because I had a great place in the word bonus challenge...
