I won a sponsorship gift and I can't do anything with it (the status is uninformed, I can't redeem them for points) and this for almost 2 weeks. It seems that we have to wait for Madwin to validate them 🤪
Someone has already encountered this situation and know if it will be long, customer service is not very talkative on the issue?

the sponsor immediately has the gift credited to his account in the winnings. You can redeem it for mpoints. Gifts purchased are not valid. You have to win them in a draw.

Well, I don't understand why my sponsor didn't receive the same lot as me as it is indicated on the site since it was my first gift and well respected the 3 rules that I was told in answer to my question 😔
