to do some checks (example: see if you've won well legally). Normally you have to wait a few days.
If you still don't have anything re-credited, explain your case to Customer Service 😉

in hippo pool my score indicated in my history but not in the results was not validated (I was 1st)

I'm not sure if anyone has ever had a problem with crediting madpoints during tournament games because mine wasn't credited while I was ranked. thank you for your answers
