Hello,

The validation time and the delay to send the winnings are very variable. This can range from one to several weeks. It probably takes time to order gifts because Madwin doesn't have to have everything in stock!

For my part, I have already waited more than three months before receiving a package (it was a big gift). But other times, a few days are enough to have the earnings in your mailbox.

So be patient!
